Amla: A Wonder Fruit


Amla or Indian Gooseberry, also called as Amalaki or Dhatriphala in Sanskrit, is one of the most nutritious and rejuvenating fruits discovered till date by mankind. Amla can be used or consumed raw, dried as powder or as juice.
